The CXCO4326 CXCO4327 is a low voltage rail-to-rail CMOS comparator with open-drain output. It is guaranteed to operate from 2.7V to 8V power supply. The current consumption is as low as 3.5μA at 5V supply voltage. So it is very suitable for portable electronic devices applications. CXCO4326 CXCO4327 is available in the SOT-23-5 and SC-70-5 package.
