CXAO42155A CXAO42155B(双台)、CXAO42155C(单台停机)和CXAO42155D(四台)是低噪声、低电压和低功率运算放大器,可被广泛应用。CXAO42155A/B/C/D具有11MHz的高增益带宽积和8.5V/μs的转换速率。CXAO42155C具有断电禁用功能,可将电源电流降低到小于1μa。
CXAO42155A/B/C/D设计用于在低电压和低噪声系统中提供最佳性能。它们提供轨对轨输出,使其摆动成重载。输入共模电压范围包括接地,CXAO42155A/B/C/D的最大输入偏置电压为4mV。它们是在扩展的工业温度范围(-40℃到+125℃)内指定的。工作电源范围为2.1V至5.5V。

The CXAO42155A (single), CXAO42155B (dual), CXAO42155C (single with shutdown) and CXAO42155D (quad) are low noise, low voltage, and low power operational amplifiers, that can be designed into a wide range of applications. The CXAO42155A/B/C/D have a high gain-bandwidth product of 11MHz and a slew rate of 8.5V/μs. The CXAO42155C has a power-down disable feature that reduces the supply current to less than 1μA.

The CXAO42155A/B/C/D are designed to provide optimal performance in low voltage and low noise systems. They provide rail-to-rail output swing into heavy loads. The input common mode voltage range includes ground, and the maximum input offset voltage is 4mV for CXAO42155A/B/C/D. They are specified over the extended industrial temperature range (-40℃ to +125℃). The operating supply range is from 2.1V to 5.5V.MYE嘉泰姆

The single version, CXAO42155A is available in Green SC70-5, SOT-23-5 and SOIC-8 packages. CXAO42155C is available in Green SOT-23-6 and SOIC-8 packages.
