CXLD64230系列是具有非常低静态的低损耗、正线性稳压器当前。CXLD64230可以提供600毫安的输出电流,具有低的电压降低输出电压。
CXLD64230调节器能够在1μF的输出电容器下工作以保持稳定性。除了电流限制保护之外,CXLD64230还提供片上热关机功能当环境温度超过结温。
