CXLD64229系列提供多种固定输出电压类型,包括1.2V至3V,稳压器能够使用小到1μF的输出电容器来稳定工作
CXLD64229系列是低电压降、正线性稳压器,具有非常低的电压静止电流。CXLD64229可以提供300毫安的低输出电流在大约250毫伏时的电压降。CXLD64229调节器能够在输出电容器小到1μF的稳定性。除电流限制外保护CXLD64229还提供了片上热关机功能当环境温度超过结温。

   The CXLD64229 series are low dropout, positive linear regulators with very low9pG嘉泰姆
quiescent current. The CXLD64229 can supply 300mA output current with a low9pG嘉泰姆
dropout voltage at about 250mV.The CXLD64229 regulator is able to operate with9pG嘉泰姆
output capacitors as small as 1 μ F for stability. Other than the current limit9pG嘉泰姆
protection CXLD64229 also offers on chip thermal shutdown feature providing9pG嘉泰姆
protection against overload or any condition when the ambient temperature exceeds9pG嘉泰姆
the junction temperature.9pG嘉泰姆
The CXLD64229 series are offering several fixed output voltage types including 1.2V ~ 3.3V.9pG嘉泰姆
