The CXSU63136 is a monolithic control circuit containing theprimary functionsrequiredforDC-to-DCconverters. This device consists of an internal temperature compensated reference, comparator, controlled duty cycle oscillator with anactive current limit circuit, driver and high current output switch. This device was specifically designedtobeincorporated inStep-Down and Step-Up andVoltage-Inverting applications with a minimum number of external components.
