CXLB7248D是一款适用于单电池锂离子电池的完整恒流恒压线性充电器。它的SOT封装和低外部组件数量使CXLB7248D非常适合便携式应用。此外,CXLB7248D是专门为在USB电源规格下工作而设计的。由于内部MOSFET结构,不需要外部感测电阻,也不需要阻塞二极管。热反馈调节充电电流,以在高功率运行或高环境温度下限制模具温度。充电电压固定在4.35V,充电电流可通过一个电阻在外部编程。当充电电流降至编程值的1/10时,CXLB7248自动终止充电循环,当达到最终浮充电压后,当输入电源(墙壁适配器或USB电源)被卸下时,CXLB7248自动进入低电流状态,将电池放电电流降至小于2uA。CXLB7248D可以进入停机模式,将电源电流降低到50uA。其他功能包括电池温度监视器、欠压锁定、自动充电和两个指示充电和充电终止的状态引脚

The CXLB7248D is a complete constant current & constant voltage linear charger for single cell lithium-ion batteries. Its SOT package and low external component count make the CXLB7248D ideally suited for portable applications. Furthermore, the CXLB7248D is specifically designed to work within USB power specifications. No external sense resistor is needed, and no blocking diode is required due to the internal MOSFET architecture. Thermal feedback regulates the charge current to limit the die temperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature. The charge voltage is fixed at 4.35V, and the charge current can be programmed externally with a single resistor. The CXLB7248Dautomatically terminates the charge cycle when the charge current drops to 1/10th the programmed value after the final float voltage is reached When the input supply (wall adapter or USB supply) is removed, the CXLB7248Dautomatically enters a low current state, dropping the battery drain current to less than 2uA. The CXLB7248Dcan be put into shutdown mode, reducing the supply current to 50uA. Other features include Battery temperature monitor, under-voltage lockout, automatic recharge and two status pins to indicate charge and charge termination
