CXPA6V8AV3 CXPA6V8AV5是一种瞬态电压抑制器(TVS),为可能遭受静电放电(ESD)的敏感电子元件提供非常高的保护。它的设计目的是在移动电话、笔记本电脑、PAD、机顶盒、液晶电视等消费类设备应用中取代多层压敏电阻器(MLV)。根据IEC61000-4-2,CXPA6V8AV3 CXPA6V8AV5通过了高达±8KV(触点)的ESD瞬态电压,并根据IEC61000-4-5,在8/20us脉冲下承受高达3A的峰值电流。CXPA6V8AV3 CXPA6V8AV5在SOT-553软件包中提供。标准产品无铅无卤。

The CXPA6V8AV3 CXPA6V8AV5 is a transient voltage suppressors (TVS) which provide a very high level protection for sensitive electronic components that may be subjected to electrostatic discharge (ESD). It is designed to replace multiplayer varistors (MLV) in consumer equipments applications such as mobile phone, notebook, PAD, STB, LCD TV etc. The CXPA6V8AV3 CXPA6V8AV5 was past ESD transient voltage up to ±8KV (contact) according to IEC61000-4-2 and withstand peak current up to 3A for 8/20us pulse according to IEC61000-4-5. The CXPA6V8AV3 CXPA6V8AV5 is available in SOT-553 package. Standard products are Pb-free and Halogen-free.
