CXPR7812D是一种超低电容TVS(瞬态电压抑制器)阵列,用于保护高速数据接口。它被专门设计用来保护连接到数据和传输线的敏感电子元件免受由CX引起的过度应力。CXPR7812D包括四对超低电容转向二极管和一个电视二极管。
根据IEC61000-4-2,CXPR7812D可用于提供高达±20kV(接触放电)的CX保护,并根据IEC61000-4-5承受高达4A(8/20μs)的峰值脉冲电流。
CXPR7812D有DFN2510-10L包装。标准产品无铅无卤

一.产品概述xHU嘉泰姆


      The CXPR7812D is an ultra-low capacitance TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) array designed to protect high speed data interfaces. It has been specifically designed to protect sensitive electronic components which are connected to data and transmission lines from over-stress caused by CX . The CXPR7812D incorporates four pairs of ultra- low capacitance steering diodes plus a TVS diode. xHU嘉泰姆

       The CXPR7812D may be used to provide CX protection up to ±20kV (contact discharge) according to IEC61000-4-2, and withstand peak pulse current up to 4A (8/20μs) according to IEC61000-4-5.xHU嘉泰姆

        The CXPR7812D is available in DFN2510-10L package. Standard products are Pb-free and Halogen-free.xHU嘉泰姆
