CXPR7808D是一种超低电容TVS(瞬态电压抑制器)阵列,用于保护高速数据接口。它是专门为保护连接到数据和传输线的敏感电子元件免受静电放电(ESD)引起的过度应力而设计的。
CXPR7808D包含四对超低电容转向二极管和一个TVS二极管。
根据IEC61000-4-2,CXPR7808D可用于提供高达±30kV(接触放电)的ESD保护,并根据IEC61000-4-5承受高达6A(8/20μs)的峰值脉冲电流。ESD5324D有DFN2510-10L包装。标准产品无铅无卤

一.产品概述a1u嘉泰姆


      The CXPR7808D is an ultra-low capacitance TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) array designed to protect high speed data interfaces. It has been specifically designed to protect sensitive electronic components which are connected to data and transmission lines from over-stress caused by ESD (Electrostatic Discharge). a1u嘉泰姆

     The CXPR7808D incorporates four pairs of ultra-low capacitance steering diodes plus a TVS diode. a1u嘉泰姆

     The CXPR7808D may be used to provide ESD protection up to ±30kV (contact discharge) according to IEC61000-4-2, and withstand peak pulse current up to 6A (8/20μs) according to IEC61000-4-5. The ESD5324D is available in DFN2510-10L package. Standard products are Pb-free and Halogen-free.  a1u嘉泰姆
