CXAC85172是一款高性能二次侧同步整流控制器。CXAC85172控制NMOS以实现近乎理想二极管的特性进行整流,从而实现系统节能。CXAC85172采用伏秒平衡控制方法而不直接与MOSFET的漏端相连,可实现更宽的输出电压应用范围。其适用于DCM、临界和CCM模式The CXAC85172 is a high performance controller used to secondary side synchronous rectifier (SR). The fundamental of CXAC85172 is utilized N-channel MOSFET power devices used for secondary side synchronous to emulate a near-ideal diode rectifier. This method not only directly reduces power dissipation of the rectifier but also reduces primary side losses as well. The CXAC85172 is applied voltage-second balancing control method and not directly connected to the MOSFET drain, so it is ideal for flyback power supplies over the wide-output voltage range. The SR drive turn-off threshold is not related to the MOSFET RDS(on), which allows optimizing for maximum conduction time. It is compatible with DCM, TM and CCM operation
