CXDC65112系列是一种同步降压微型DC/DC转换器,它集成了一个电感和
一个微型封装的控制芯片(2.0毫米×2.5毫米,h=1.0毫米)。内部线圈简化了电路并使
尽量减少由于电路布线引起的噪音和其他操作故障。宽工作电压范围
在2.0V到6.0V之间,支持需要内部固定输出电压(从1.0V到4.0V,增量为0.05V)的应用。在待机期间,所有电路都将关闭,以将电流消耗降低到最低0.1μA
或更少。内置的UVLO(欠压锁定)功能,内部P沟道MOS驱动晶体管
当输入电压变为紫外分压或更低时强制关闭。CXDC65112集成CL放电
使输出电容器CL处的电荷通过内部放电放电的功能
开关位于LX和VSS引脚之间。当设备进入待机模式时,快速输出电压
由于此函数返回到VSS级别

   The CXDC65112 series is a synchronous step-down micro DC/DC converter which integrates an inductor and 1ac嘉泰姆

a control IC in one tiny package (2.0mm×2.5mm, h=1.0mm). An internal coil simplifies the circuit and enables1ac嘉泰姆

 minimization of noise and other operational trouble due to the circuit wiring. A wide operating voltage range 1ac嘉泰姆

of 2.0V to 6.0V enables support for applications that require an internally fixed output voltage from 1.0V to 4.0V in increments of 0.05V.During stand-by, all circuits are shutdown to reduce currentconsumption to as low as 0.1μA1ac嘉泰姆

 or less.With the built-in UVLO (Under Voltage Lock Out) function, the internal P-channel MOS driver transistor1ac嘉泰姆

 is forced OFF when input voltage becomes UVLO ditect Voltage or lower. The CXDC65112 integrate CL discharge1ac嘉泰姆

 function which enables the electric charge at the output capacitor CL to be discharged via the internal discharge1ac嘉泰姆

 switch located between the LX and VSS pins. When the devices enter stand-by mode, output voltage quickly1ac嘉泰姆

 returns to the VSS level as a result of this function1ac嘉泰姆
