  CXLE8204是一款40V异步升压,可驱动单串10颗LED,是智能手机和7-10寸平板电脑的TFT屏背光的最佳选择。CXLE8204采用了内部补偿构架,输出OVP则采用了内部控制,省去了一个引脚。CXLE8204在3.6V输入时驱动6颗LED,效率可达91%,领先所有竞争对手。并可驱动多达40颗串并联的LED灯。同时,其EN脚可直接实现PWM调光,无需外围电路。CXLE8204采用SOT23-6封装,其引脚和外围应用完全与目前通用料兼容。 pnJ嘉泰姆

   The CXLE8204 is a high efficiency step-up converter with an internally integrated 40V power MOSEFT. It runs with an optimal 0.8MHz frequency thatenablesuse of small external components while still providing best efficiencies. It has an internal current limit as high as 1A, and it can drive up to 10 LEDs at 50mA output current. The incorporated 25-100KHz true PWM-Dimming feature by EN pincan be used to digitally program the LED current. For maximum protection, the CXLE8204 has aninternal OVP protectionat 38V to prevent the chip from damages when the LED string is not connected to the output. ECXLE8204is available in a space-saving SOT23-6 package.pnJ嘉泰姆
