一.产品概述
CXLE8201是一款40V异步升压,可驱动单串10颗LED,是智能手机和小尺寸平板电脑的TFT屏背光的最佳选择。CXLE8201为了实现最佳升压效率,采用了外部补偿。输出OVP则采用了内部控制,省去了一个引脚。CXLE8201在3.6V输入时驱动10颗LED,效率可达88%,领先所有竞争对手。同时,其EN脚可直接实现PWM调光,无需外围电路。CXLE8201采用SOT23-6封装。
The CXLE8201 is a high efficiency step-up converter with an internally integrated 40V power MOSEFT. It runs with a optimal 600KHz frequency that enables the use of small external components while still providing the best efficiency. It can drive up to 10 to 12 LEDs in series and also in parallel combinations. The incorporated true PWM-Diming feature through CTRL pin does not generate audible noise on the output capacitor during diming because it does not burst the LED current. For maximum protection, the CXLE8201 has an OVP protection feature that prevents the output voltage exceeding the maximum rating of the CXLE8201 and the output cap during open-LED conditions. CXLE8201 is available in a space-saving SOT23-6 package.
