CXLD64233是一种简单、经济、高速的线性调节器。调节器能够在将输出电压调节到2.5安的范围内时主动吸收或吸收高达2.5安的电流40毫伏。所需输出电压可由两个外部分压电阻器编程指的是REFEN pin。
CXLD64233还集成了高速差分放大器以提供超高速线路/负载瞬态响应。其他特性包括极低的初始偏置电压,良好的负载调节、双向限流和片上热关机保护。内置软启动功能,避免浪涌电流误动作。

   The CXLD64233 is a simple, cost-effective and high-speed linear regulator. The regulatorV9p嘉泰姆
is capable of  actively sinking or sourcing up to 2.5A while regulating an output voltage to withinV9p嘉泰姆
40mV. The desired output voltage can be programmed by two external voltage divider resistorsV9p嘉泰姆
of the REFEN pin.V9p嘉泰姆

     The CXLD64233 also incorporates a high-speed differential amplifier to provide ultra-fastV9p嘉泰姆
response in line/load transient. Other features include extremely low initial offset voltage,V9p嘉泰姆
excellent load regulation, current limiting in bi-directions and on-chip thermal shut-downV9p嘉泰姆
protection. Built-in soft-start function avoids a mis-operation by inrush current.V9p嘉泰姆
     The CXLD64233 are available in the ESOP-8 (Exposed Pad) surface mount packages.V9p嘉泰姆
