CXLD64225系列是低压差、正线性稳压器,具有非常低的电压静止电流。CXLD64225可以以低电压降提供600毫安的输出电流电压约为600毫伏。CXLD64225调节器能够在1μF的输出电容下工作稳定。除了电流限制保护之外,CXLD64225还提供片上热保护提供过载或任何情况下的停机功能环境温度超过结温。CXLD64225系列具有1.5V、1.8V和,2.0V、2.5V、2.8V、3V和3.3V。CXLD64225系列可节省空间SOT-23、SOT-89和SOT-223包装。

   The CXLD64225 series are low dropout, positive linear regulators with very lowaVu嘉泰姆
quiescent current. The CXLD64225 can supply 600mA output current with a low dropoutaVu嘉泰姆
voltage at about 600mV.aVu嘉泰姆
     The CXLD64225 regulator is able to operate with output capacitors as small as 1μF foraVu嘉泰姆
stability. Other than the current limit protection CXLD64225 also offers on chip thermalaVu嘉泰姆
shutdown feature providing protection against overload or any condition when theaVu嘉泰姆
ambient temperature exceeds the junction temperature.aVu嘉泰姆
    The CXLD64225 series are available in fixed output voltage ranging from 1.5V, 1.8V,aVu嘉泰姆
2.0V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3V and 3.3V. The CXLD64225 series are available in space-savingaVu嘉泰姆
