CXLD64009系列是高精度,低噪声,LDO稳压器,能够提供输出电流超过910mA至1A的最大辍学为0.5V,在800毫安。该系列包含两个固定输出电压:0.2V、1.5V、1.8V、2.5V、3.3V、5.0V。片上微调可将参考/输出电压调整到±1.5%的精度范围内。内部保护功能包括输出电流限制、安全工作区补偿和热关机。

The CXLD64009 series are highly accurate, low noise, LDO Voltage Regulators that are capable of providing an output current that is in excess 910mA up to 1A with a maximum dropout of 0.5V, at 800mA. This series contains two fixed output voltages of .2V,1.5V,1.8V,2.5V,3.3 V, 5.0 V. On-chip trimming adjusts the reference/output voltage to within ±1.5% accuracy. Internal protection features consist of output current limiting, safe operating area compensation, and thermal shutdown. The CXLD64009 series can operate with up to 18 V input. There is SOT23,SOT223,SOT89 and TO252 package
