CXLD6470系列是一组正电压输出,功耗低,低压差稳压器。每0.1V可提供1.0V~4.5V的输出值一步一步。它也可以根据命令自定义。包括高精度电压基准、误差放大器、电流限制电路和输出驱动模块的放电能力。具有良好的负载和线路瞬态响应以及良好的温度特性,保证芯片和电源系统的稳定性

       CXLD6470 can provide output value in the range of 1.0V~4.5V every 0.1VjEk嘉泰姆

 step. It also can becustomized on command.jEk嘉泰姆

       CXLD6470 includes high accuracy voltage reference,error amplifier, current jEk嘉泰姆

limit circuit and output driver module with discharge capability.jEk嘉泰姆

      CXLD6470 has excellent load and line transient response and good temperaturejEk嘉泰姆

 characteristics,which can assure the stability of chip and power system. And itjEk嘉泰姆

 uses trimming technique to guarantee output voltage accuracy within ±2%.jEk嘉泰姆

     CXLD6470 is available in SOT23-5 and DFN1x1-4 packages which are lead free.jEk嘉泰姆
