intended for small,low power applications. The CXSU63205 switches at 1.2MHz and allowsIRx嘉泰姆

 the use of tiny, low cost capacitors and inductors 2mm or less in height.Internal soft-startIRx嘉泰姆

 results in small inrush current and extends battery life.The CXSU63205 features automatic IRx嘉泰姆

shifting to pulse frequency modulation mode at light loads. The CXSU63205 includes IRx嘉泰姆

under-voltage lockout, current limiting, and thermal overload protection to preventIRx嘉泰姆

damage in the event of an output overload. The CXSU63205 is available in a small 6-pin IRx嘉泰姆
