一,产品概述(General Description)

      The CXSD6142 is a current mode monolithic buck switching regulator. Operating with wWd嘉泰姆

an input range of 4.7V~40V, the CXSD6142 delivers 600mA of continuous output wWd嘉泰姆

current with two integrated N-Channel MOSFETs. The internal synchronous wWd嘉泰姆

power switches provide high efficiency without the use of an external SchottkywWd嘉泰姆

 diode. At light loads, the regulator operates in low frequency to maintain high wWd嘉泰姆

efficiency and low output ripple. Current mode control provides tight load transientwWd嘉泰姆

response and cycle-by-cycle current limit.The  JTMB9341  guarantees robustnesswWd嘉泰姆

 with short-circuit protection,thermal  protection, current run-away protection, andwWd嘉泰姆

 input under voltage lockout. The CXSD6142 is available in 6-pin SOT23-6 package, wWd嘉泰姆

which provides a compact solution with minimal external components.wWd嘉泰姆
