   The CXSD6124 CXSD6125 is a high-efficiency, DC-to-DC step-downpnz嘉泰姆

 switching regulators, capable of delivering up to 1A of output current. pnz嘉泰姆

The device operates from an input voltage range of 2.6V to 6.0V and pnz嘉泰姆

provides an output voltage from 0.6V to VIN, making the CXSD6124 pnz嘉泰姆

CXSD6125 ideal for low voltage power conversions.Running at a fixedpnz嘉泰姆

 frequency of 1.5MHz allows the use of small external components, pnz嘉泰姆

such as ceramic input and output caps, as well as small inductors,pnz嘉泰姆

while still providing low output ripples. This low noise output along pnz嘉泰姆

with its excellent efficiency achieved by the internal synchronous rectifier,pnz嘉泰姆

making CXSD6124 an ideal green replacement for large power consumingpnz嘉泰姆

 linear regulators.Internal soft-start control circuitry reduces inrush pnz嘉泰姆

current.Short-circuit and thermal-overload improves design reliability.pnz嘉泰姆
