CXSD62181是一个集成功率mosfet的3A同步降压转换器。设计采用电流模式控制方案,可将7.5V至24V的宽输入电压转换为0.8V至20V的可调输出电压,提供良好的输出电压调节。CXSD62181配备了强制脉宽调制模式操作。CXSD62181还配备了上电复位、软启动和整体保护(欠压、过压、超温、限流)成一个整体。

       CXSD62181 is a 3A synchronous buck converter with integrated power MOSFETs. The CXSD62181 design with a current-mode control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 7.5V to 24V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.8V to 20V to provide excellent output voltage regulation. The CXSD62181 is equipped with force PWM mode operation. The CXSD62181 is also equipped with Power-on-reset, soft start and whole protections (under-voltage, over-voltage, over-temperature and current-limit) into a single package. This device, available TDFN3x3-10 provides a very compact system solution external components and PCB area.
