CXSD62550发了一种高效的同步降压DC-DC稳压器,能够提供10A连续/16A峰值电流和一个能够提供+/-1A电流的接收器/源LDO。在4V到28V的宽输入电压范围内工作。集成的低RDS(ON)开关将传导损耗降至最低。DC-DC调节器采用瞬时脉宽调制结构,在高降压应用中实现快速瞬态响应,在轻负载下实现高效率

The CXSD62550 develops a high efficiency synchronous step-down DC-DC regulator capable of delivering 10A continuous/16A peak current and a sink/source LDO capable of delivering +/-1A current. The CXSD62550 operates over a wide input voltage range from 4V to 28V. The integrated low RDS(ON) switches minimize the conduction loss.The DC-DC regulator adopts the instant PWM architecture to achieve fast transient responses for high step down applications and high efficiency at light loads. In addition, it operates at 600kHz pseudo-constant frequency under continuous conduction mode.
