一.产品概述
CXSD6224是一颗耐压高至24V,输出电流0.3A的异步降压转换器.。CXSD6224是专为载波模块的供电需求特别优化设计。在输出电流为30mA时,不跳频,保持高频震荡的情况下,效率高于70%。其采用特别的PWM控制技术,在实现上述要求的同时保持输出纹波最小,对载波通讯的影响最小。
The CXSD6224 is a wide input range, high-efficiency, high frequency DC-to-DC step-down switching regulator, capable of delivering up to 0.3A of output current. With a fixed switching frequencyof 1.4MHz, this current mode PWM controlled converter allows the use of small external components, such as ceramic input and output caps, as well as small inductors, while still providing low output ripples. It also maintains its switching frequency above 1MHz even at very low output current to keep it away from the PLC frequency, which is normally 500KHz. Together with the tiny package CXSD6224 is in, without external compensation components, it is an ideal solution for system designer with stringentboard space requirements. CXSD6224 also employs a proprietary control scheme that switches the device into a power save mode during light load, thereby extending the range of high efficiency operation.
