   The CXSD6127 is a high-efficiency, DC-to-DC step-down switching regulators, capable of delivering up to 2A ofz7S嘉泰姆

output current. The device operates from an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and provides an output voltagez7S嘉泰姆

from 0.6V to VIN, making the CXSD6127 ideal for low voltage power conversions. Running at a fixed frequencyz7S嘉泰姆

of 1.3MHz allows the use of small external components,such as ceramic input and output caps, as well as smallz7S嘉泰姆

inductors, while still providing low output ripples. This low noise output along with its excellent efficiencyz7S嘉泰姆

achieved by the internal synchronous rectifier, making CXSD6127 an ideal green replacement for large powerz7S嘉泰姆

consuming linear regulators. Internal soft-start control circuitry reduces inrush current. Short-circuit andz7S嘉泰姆

thermal-overload protection improves design reliability.The CXSD6127 is available in a SOT23-6 Package.z7S嘉泰姆
