一,产品概述(General Description)

     The CXSD6144C is a high efficiency current-mode synchronous, 20V/2A buck H6R嘉泰姆

converter. Its input voltage ranges from 4.5V to 20V and it provides an H6R嘉泰姆

adjustable regulated output voltage from 0.923V to 17V while delivering upH6R嘉泰姆

to 2A of output current.H6R嘉泰姆

    The internal synchronous switches increase efficiency and eliminate the need H6R嘉泰姆

for an external Schottky diode. The switching frequency is set to 350KHz.H6R嘉泰姆

 CXSD6144C consists of many protection block such as UVLO, thermal H6R嘉泰姆

protection and output short circuit protection.H6R嘉泰姆

   The CXSD6144C is available in the SOP8 and ESOP8 (with exposed pad H6R嘉泰姆

for heat dissipation) packageH6R嘉泰姆
