CXLB7343E CXLB7343S是一款适用于单电池锂离子电池的完整恒流/恒压线性充电器。由于内部MOSFET结构,不需要外部感测电阻,也不需要阻塞二极管。热反馈调节充电电流,以在高功率运行或高环境温度下限制模具温度。充电电压固定在4.2V,充电电流可通过一个电阻器进行外部编程。当达到最终浮充电压后,充电电流降至编程值的1/10时,CXLB7343E CXLB7343S自动终止充电循环。当卸下输入电源(墙壁适配器或USB电源)时,CXLB7343E CXLB7343S自动进入低电流状态,将电池放电电流降至小于0.5uA。可将WS4508S置于关机模式,将电源电流降低至45uA(典型值)。

一.产品概述9Zu嘉泰姆


    The CXLB7343E CXLB7343S is a complete constant-current / constant voltage linear charger for single cell Lithium-Ion batteries. No external sense resistor is needed, and no blocking diode is required due to the internal MOSFET architecture. Thermal feedback regulates the charge current to limit the die temperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature. The charge voltage is fixed at 4.2V, and the charge current can be programmed externally with a single resistor. 9Zu嘉泰姆

    The CXLB7343E CXLB7343S automatically terminates the charge cycle when the charge current drops to 1/10 the programmed value after the final float voltage is reached. 9Zu嘉泰姆

    When the input supply (wall adapter or USB supply) is removed, the CXLB7343E CXLB7343S automatically enters a low current state, dropping the battery drain current to less than 0.5uA. The WS4508S can be put into shutdown mode, reducing supply current to 45uA (Typ.). 9Zu嘉泰姆

    The CXLB7343E CXLB7343S is available in SOP-8L-EP package. Standard product is Pb-Free.9Zu嘉泰姆
