目录7.相关产品 产品概述 返回TOP CXLD64176系列是高精度,低噪声,采用CMOS工艺生产的正电压输出LDO电压调整其芯片。该系列具有相当低的静态电流,0.8μA(TYP.),芯片内部包括一个参考电压源,一个误差放大器,一个电流Foldback电路, 一个相位补偿电路和三极管驱动电路。超小型的USPN-4/USP-4/SSOT-24/USP-3/SOT-25/USP-6B06形式的封装更适合高密度电路板应用的要求, 例如在手机中的应用。每个电压调整器的输出电压都由激光微调单独设定,电压可在0.9V~5.0V之间的范围内以0.1V的间隔选择。CXLD64176系列兼容低ESR的陶瓷电容。CXLD64176系列的电流限制器Foldback电路可为电流限制器和输出引脚提供短路保护。CXLD64176具有CE控制功能,允许电压调整器的输出被关断,可极大的减少功率损耗。The CXLD64176 series are highly precise, low noise, positive voltage LDO regulators manufactured using CMOS processes. The series achieves very low supply current, 0.8μA (TYP.) and consists of a reference voltage source, an error amplifier, a current foldback circuit, and a phase compensation circuit plus a driver transistor. Ultra small packages USP-3, USP-4, USPN-4, USP-6B06 and SSOT-24, and small package SOT-25 packages make high density mounting possible. Therefore, the series is ideal for applications where high density mounting is required such as in mobile phones. Output voltage is selectable in 0.1V increments within a range of 0.9V ~ 5.0V by laser trimming The series is also compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors, which give added output stability. The current limiter's foldback circuit also operates as a short protect for the output current limiter and the output pin.
