power consumption,low dropout voltage regulator.pXh嘉泰姆

CXLD6478 can provide output value in the range of 1.2V~4.5VpXh嘉泰姆

every 0.1V step. It also can be customized on command.pXh嘉泰姆

CXLD6478 includes high accuracy voltage reference, error pXh嘉泰姆

amplifier, current limit circuit and output driver module with pXh嘉泰姆

discharge capability.pXh嘉泰姆

CXLD6478 has excellent load and line transient response pXh嘉泰姆

and good temperature characteristics, which can assure the pXh嘉泰姆

stability of chip and power system. And it uses trimming pXh嘉泰姆

technique to guarantee output voltage accuracy within±2%.pXh嘉泰姆

CXLD6478 is available in SOT-23-5,SOT89-3, SOT23-3, pXh嘉泰姆
