     CXSU63167系列产品是内置了0.3Ω(TYP.)N沟道驱动晶体管,及0.4Ω(TYP.)P沟道同步整流开关晶体管的升压同步整流DC/DC转换器。通过减小内置晶体管的开路电阻,能高效率地提供最大0.8A的稳定电流。当输出电压为3.3V,100Ω时,从输出电压VIN=0.9V即可启动,适用于只用1节碱性或镍氢电池的机器。可以在1.8V~5.5V(±2.0%)的范围内,以0.1V的间隔设定输出电压。内置了1.2MHz和3MHz的振荡器,可以选择最适用于应用目的的频率。待机模式时,A/D型通过CL放电功能,高速降低输出电压,并防止输出设备的误动作。B/E型通过旁路开关功能,导通输入和输出,可驱动RTC等设备。C/F型通过负载切断功能,切断输入和输出的导通,可与其他电源并联。CXSU63166/CXSU63167 series are synchronous step-up DC/DC converters with a 0.3Ω(TYP.) N-channel driver transistor and a 0.3Ω(TYP.) synchronous P-channel switching transistor built-in. A highly efficient and stable current can be supplied up to 0.8A by reducing ON resistance of the built-in transistors. The series are able to start operation under the condition which has 0.9V input voltage to generate 3.3V output voltage with a 100Ω load resistor, suitable for mobile equipment using only one Alkaline battery or one Nickel metal hydride battery. The output voltage can be set from 1.8V to 5.5V (±2.0%) in steps of 0.1V.With the built-in oscillator, either 1.2MHz or 3.0MHz can be selected for suiting to your particular application. During the devices enter stand-by mode, A, D types prevent the application malfunction by CL Discharge Function which can quickly discharge the electric charge at the output capacitor (CL). B, E types is able to drive RTC etc. by Bypass Switch Function to maintain continuity between the input and output. C, F types is able to connect in parallel with other power supplies by Load Disconnection Function which breaks continuity between the input and output.hGj嘉泰姆
