The CXSU63007 switches at 1.2MHz and allows the use of tiny, low costcapacitors and inductors 2mm or less in height. Internal soft-start resultsin small inrush current and extends battery life.The CXSU63007 features automatic shifting to pulse frequencymodulation mode at light loads. CXSU63007 includes under-voltage lockout, current limiting, and thermal overload protection to prevent damage inthe event of an output overload.
