         CXSU63245 CXSU63245L is a high efficiency, low input voltage, step-up synchronous boost converter designed for single-cell or dual-cell alkaline, NiMH, or NiCd battery-powered applications. It can receive an input voltage as low as 0.7V. It adopts NMOS for the main switch and PMOS for the synchronous switch.
