          The CXSD6277/A/B series are designed to provide a low cost synchronouskj0嘉泰姆
Buck regulator for on-board DC to DC con-verter applications. The CXSD6277/A/Bkj0嘉泰姆
series together with dual N-channel MOSFETs , provide akj0嘉泰姆
low cost solution for such applications. Each device fea-tures an internalkj0嘉泰姆
200/400kHz oscillator, Power-On-Reset (POR) for both VCC and VC supplies,kj0嘉泰姆
an external pro-grammable soft-start function as well as output under-kj0嘉泰姆
voltage detection that latches off the device when an out-put short is detected.kj0嘉泰姆

Connect this pin to the output (VOUT) of the PWM con-verter via an external resistor divider to provide a voltagekj0嘉泰姆
feedback path for the converter. The output voltage set by the resistor divider is determined using the following kj0嘉泰姆

for-where ROUT is the resistor connected from VOUT to FB, and RGND is the resistor connected from FB to kj0嘉泰姆

ground.The voltage at this pin is also monitored for Under-Volt-age protection.kj0嘉泰姆
VCC (Pin 2)kj0嘉泰姆
Connect this pin to input voltage from 5V to 20V. This pin provides the bias for the control circuitry and the kj0嘉泰姆

power MOSFET driver (LDRV). The voltage at this pin is monitored for Power-On-Reset (POR) purpose.kj0嘉泰姆
LDRV (Pin 3)kj0嘉泰姆
Connect this pin to the gate of the low-side power MOSFET. This pin provides the gate drive for the MOSFET.kj0嘉泰姆
GND (Pin 4)kj0嘉泰姆
Signal and power ground for the IC. All voltage levels are measured with respect to this pin.kj0嘉泰姆
HDRV (Pin 5)kj0嘉泰姆
Connect this pin to the gate of the high-side power MOSFET. This pin provides the gate drive for the MOSFET.kj0嘉泰姆
VC (Pin 6)kj0嘉泰姆
This pin provides bias voltage to the high-side MOSFET driver. A bootstrap circuit may be used to pump a bootkj0嘉泰姆
voltage for enforcing the driving capability of the gate driver and improving the performance of the MOSFET.kj0嘉泰姆
COMP (Pin 7)kj0嘉泰姆
This pin is the output of the error amplifier. Add an exter-nal resistor-capacitor network to provide a loop compen-kj0嘉泰姆
sation for the PWM converter.kj0嘉泰姆

SS (Pin 8)kj0嘉泰姆
Connect a capacitor from this pin to ground.This capacitor,along with an internal 20μA current source, sets the soft-kj0嘉泰姆
start interval of the PWM converter and prevents the out-puts from overshoot as well as limits the input current.kj0嘉泰姆

Pull this pin below 0.5V can shutdown the converter.kj0嘉泰姆
