          The CXSD6277/A/B series are designed to provide a low cost synchronousnUz嘉泰姆
Buck regulator for on-board DC to DC con-verter applications. The CXSD6277/A/BnUz嘉泰姆
series together with dual N-channel MOSFETs , provide anUz嘉泰姆
low cost solution for such applications. Each device fea-tures an internalnUz嘉泰姆
200/400kHz oscillator, Power-On-Reset (POR) for both VCC and VC supplies,nUz嘉泰姆
an external pro-grammable soft-start function as well as output under-nUz嘉泰姆
voltage detection that latches off the device when an out-put short is detected.nUz嘉泰姆

FB (Pin 1)nUz嘉泰姆
Connect this pin to the output (VOUT) of the PWM con-verter via an external resistor divider to provide a voltagenUz嘉泰姆
feedback path for the converter. The output voltage set by the resistor divider is determined using the following nUz嘉泰姆

for-where ROUT is the resistor connected from VOUT to FB, and RGND is the resistor connected from FB to nUz嘉泰姆

ground.The voltage at this pin is also monitored for Under-Volt-age protection.nUz嘉泰姆
VCC (Pin 2)nUz嘉泰姆
Connect this pin to input voltage from 5V to 20V. This pin provides the bias for the control circuitry and the nUz嘉泰姆

power MOSFET driver (LDRV). The voltage at this pin is monitored for Power-On-Reset (POR) purpose.nUz嘉泰姆
LDRV (Pin 3)nUz嘉泰姆
Connect this pin to the gate of the low-side power MOSFET. This pin provides the gate drive for the MOSFET.nUz嘉泰姆
GND (Pin 4)nUz嘉泰姆
Signal and power ground for the IC. All voltage levels are measured with respect to this pin.nUz嘉泰姆
HDRV (Pin 5)nUz嘉泰姆
Connect this pin to the gate of the high-side power MOSFET. This pin provides the gate drive for the MOSFET.nUz嘉泰姆
VC (Pin 6)nUz嘉泰姆
This pin provides bias voltage to the high-side MOSFET driver. A bootstrap circuit may be used to pump a bootnUz嘉泰姆
voltage for enforcing the driving capability of the gate driver and improving the performance of the MOSFET.nUz嘉泰姆
COMP (Pin 7)nUz嘉泰姆
This pin is the output of the error amplifier. Add an exter-nal resistor-capacitor network to provide a loop compen-nUz嘉泰姆
sation for the PWM converter.nUz嘉泰姆

SS (Pin 8)nUz嘉泰姆
Connect a capacitor from this pin to ground.This capacitor,along with an internal 20μA current source, sets the soft-nUz嘉泰姆
start interval of the PWM converter and prevents the out-puts from overshoot as well as limits the input current.nUz嘉泰姆

Pull this pin below 0.5V can shutdown the converter.nUz嘉泰姆
