   The CXSD6139 is a synchronous, 1.4MHz, fix frequency PWM Buck converter. Rdh嘉泰姆

It is ideal for powering portable equipment that powered by a single cell Rdh嘉泰姆

Lithium-ion batter, or USB port.Rdh嘉泰姆

     The CXSD6139 can provide up to 3A of load current with output voltage Rdh嘉泰姆

as low as 0.8V. It can operate at 100% duty cycle for low dropout application.Rdh嘉泰姆

With its peak current mode control  and outside compensation, the CXSD6139 Rdh嘉泰姆

is stable with ceramic capacitors and small inductors.Rdh嘉泰姆

 CXSD6139 comprises a cycle-by-cycle current limit and thermal shutdownRdh嘉泰姆

 to protect itself from  fault application.Rdh嘉泰姆

      CXSD6139 is available in DFN 3x3 -10 package.Rdh嘉泰姆
