   The CXSD6133B is a current mode monolithic buck  switching regulator. StQ嘉泰姆

Operating with an input range of 4.7V~18V, the CXSD6133B delivers 2A of StQ嘉泰姆

continuous output current with two integrated N-Channel MOSFETs. The internalStQ嘉泰姆

 synchronous power switches provide high efficiency without the use of anStQ嘉泰姆

 external Schottky diode. At light loads, the regulator operates in low frequencyStQ嘉泰姆

 to maintain high efficiency and low output ripples.Current mode control providesStQ嘉泰姆

 tight load transient response and cycle-by-cycle current limit.The CXSD6133BStQ嘉泰姆

 guarantees robustness with short-circuit protection, thermal protection,currentStQ嘉泰姆

 run-away protection, input under voltage lockout.The CXSD6133B is StQ嘉泰姆

available in 6-pin TSOT23-6 package, which provides a compact solutionStQ嘉泰姆

 with minimal external components.StQ嘉泰姆
