一,产品概述(General Description)      

   The CXSD6123B is a high-efficiency, DC-to-DC step-downRi2嘉泰姆

 switching regulators, capable of delivering up to 1.2A of Ri2嘉泰姆

output current. The device operates from an input voltageRi2嘉泰姆

 range of 2.6V to 7.0V and provides an output  voltage fromRi2嘉泰姆

 0.6V to VIN, making the CXSD6123B ideal for low voltage Ri2嘉泰姆

power conversions.Running at a fixed frequency of 1.5MHzRi2嘉泰姆

 allows the use of small external components, such as Ri2嘉泰姆

ceramic input and output caps, as well as small inductors,Ri2嘉泰姆

while still providing low output ripples. This low noise output Ri2嘉泰姆

along with its excellent efficiency achieved by the internal Ri2嘉泰姆

synchronous rectifier,making CXSD6123B an ideal green replacement for Ri2嘉泰姆

large power consuming linear regulators. Internal soft-start Ri2嘉泰姆

control circuitry reduces inrush current.Short-circuit  and Ri2嘉泰姆

thermal-overload improves design reliability.CXSD6123B is Ri2嘉泰姆

housed in a SOT23-5 PackageRi2嘉泰姆
